	Tara Master Stylist - Owner I graduated from Ohio State School of Cosmetology in 1990, and began my career as a business owner of Innovations (formerly Cuttin' it Close) in 1995. I specialize in cutting and coloring. I am passionate about people and inspiring them to live life to their fullest potential. I have two beautiful girls, Kate and Shelby, who are my inspiration everyday! My favorited quote is "A thing of beauty is a job forever". I am preparing to be a motivational speaker. I have volunteered for the Miss Mansfield Pageant and The Miss Ohio Pageant since 1997 and also volunteer at the Domestic Violence Shelter.
	Rebecca Esthetician I went to Ohio State School of Cosmetology and became the first licensed Esthetician between Cleveland and Columbus. I have worked in skin care and cosmetics since 1985. As a certified color and image consultant, I have traveled and given business presentations. As a make-up artist, I have been involved with the Miss Ohio Scholarship Program since 1985, and in 1991 was able to go to the Miss America Scholarship Program and do make-up for the entire Miss America trade show. I have also been involved with the Miss Mansfield Program, Jr. Miss, the U.S.O. show for the Governor, theater performances, and television commercials. I specialize in skincare, body waxing and make-up artistry. My hobbies include spending time with my sons and grandchildren, writing, hiking, gardening, and anything else that gets me outdoors. I truly love my profession because it allows me to help people look and feel better about themselves. Experience the best - get an appointment today!

	Julie Master Stylist I graduated from Madison Comprehensive High School and received my Cosmetology license. I also attended Ashland University and received my BS in Business Administration. I have been with Innovations since 1998 and specialize in color and perms. I absolutely love the people I work with and the new people I get to meet. I only work part time, which gives me the best of both worlds because it allows me to work in a professional atmosphere and still am able to spend plenty of time with my 2 youngest children, Aleigha and Bradley.
	Jeanelle Master Stylist I went to school for Cosmetology at Mansfield Sr. High. I have been doing hair since 1993 and have been with Innovations since 2000. While working here, I have been able to attend many educational events, including going to NYC and Tennessee. This allowed me the opportunity to be a part of the only salon in Mansfield that offers the innovative style of "The Helix" cut. I am the mother of twins, and enjoy travel, remodeling, and outdoor activities. I love my career because it allows me the flexibility to still be a full-time Mom.
	Jesse Master Stylist Recieving my license in 2001, I was given the opportunity early in my career (2003) to work with Mantra®. I have been a part of the education team, growing in my field and helping others do the same. We travel, working hair shows, photo shoots and educating at our Academy in Cleveland. With this opportunity I have been able to use hair as my creative outlet. Of the belief that hair cuts and hair color are equally important, I am always interested in learning and creating new designs for my clients. In any free time I may have I enjoy painting and spending time with my dog, family, and friends.
	Chris Master Stylist I have been in the hair industry since 1999 and with Cuttin' It Close, now Innovations since 2004. I went through rigorous training for the first 3½ years of my career. I still keep up with the newest trends and the latest styles! I specialize in dry hair cutting, coloring, chemically straightening and men's cuts. I enjoy the outdoors and playing with my children Trae and Brooklynn while I still have a chance! Ready for a new style or just something a little different? Come in and see me.
	Sherry Master Stylist I have been a stylist since 1995 and started at Innovations in 2005. I specialize in cutting, perming and coloring. I'm a volunteer stylist for the Miss Ohio Scholarship program. Married with 3 children, I'm also very active in Madison Youth sports and Mansfield Crew soccer. I love what I do and it shows in the work I produce. I look forward to meeting you and your family.
	Kayla Color and Formal Style specialist Hello, my name is Kayla Workman. Some of you may know me as Kayla Pryor, having recently married on October 2010. I have been a stylist since 2004 with a passion for education, an amazing advantage to my clients. I choose classes based on specializing in new techniques, top educator knowledge, and cutting age trends. Martin Parsons, a formal updo icon, and Roy Peterson, a Keune© educator and stylist for Liz Taylor and Morgan Fairchild, held classes that I recently attended. Pampering you with relaxation, styling needs, great cuts, and fabulous color, are my goals for my clients. I like family gatherings and spending time with my new husband Joel and our dog Nikko. 	Mark Stylist A native of Lexington, OH, Mark joined the team at Innovations in 2009. He enjoys advancing his professional education by attending a variety of courses and seminars presented by Mantra© Product Specialists. Mark has a particular passion for hair color, and was selected to attend the Keune© School of Color in 2010, a program for color educators and specialists. He spent six days in Atlanta where he was fortunate to study under some of the leading colorists in the industry. Due to his ongoing professional development, Mark's clients enjoy the latest in style and design as well as custom-created color.
